Return and Exchange Policy

At Handmade Art Space, we take pride in our handmade artworks and crafts. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a clear return and exchange policy.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

    • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

    • Items purchased on sale or during a promotional event are also non-returnable.

  • Return Process:

    • To initiate an online return, please contact us at Contact Us Form to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    • You can return at our Studio location as well.

    • Pack the item securely, including original packaging, and the RMA number.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective items.

Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility for Exchanges:

    • Exchanges can be made within 14 days of delivery for items of equal or lesser value.

    • Items must be unused and in the original condition.

  • Exchange Process:

    • Contact us at Contact Us Form or visit our Studio to request an exchange.

    • All exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage.

  • We will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
