At Handmade Art Space, we take pride in our handmade artworks and crafts. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a clear return and exchange policy.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
Items purchased on sale or during a promotional event are also non-returnable.
Return Process:
To initiate an online return, please contact us at Contact Us Form to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
You can return at our Studio location as well.
Pack the item securely, including original packaging, and the RMA number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective items.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchanges:
Exchanges can be made within 14 days of delivery for items of equal or lesser value.
Items must be unused and in the original condition.
Exchange Process:
Contact us at Contact Us Form or visit our Studio to request an exchange.
All exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage.
We will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
